Association between DNMT1 enrichment and the promoter regions of candidate genes in HAECs exposed to low-dose radiation (0.1 Gy). A–D ChIP assays were performed to determine the levels of DNMT1 at the promoter regions of candidate genes (PGRMC1, UNC119B, FNDC3B, and RERE) in HAECs exposed to low-dose radiation (0.1 Gy). GAPDH was used as a negative control. Cross-linked and sheared chromatin was immunoprecipitated with an anti-IgG antibody (black bar) or with anti-DNMT1 (light grey bar). The results are presented as a percentage of the input chromatin, and the quantification of the associated chromatin in the ChIP samples was performed using qRT-PCR.
