Effect of quercetin treatment on class I HADC level and on the induction of proteasome degradation in leukemia cells. HL60 and U937 cell lines were treated in duplicate with 50 μmol/L Qu for 40 h, and one group was treated later with 10 μmol/L of MG132 (an inhibitor of proteasome) for an additional 8 h. Western blotting was performed for class I HDACs. One representative experiment of three is shown. Values are means ± SD of three independent assays. *p < 0.05
