From IPSCs to neural stem/progenitor cells. This figure shows a schematic diagram of the process of differentiating induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) derived from embryonic fibroblasts (EFs) or blood cells into neural stem/progenitor cells (NS/PCs) using different differentiation factors and culture conditions. The figure also shows that iPSCs and NS/PCs can further differentiate into various cell types, such as neurons, astrocytes and oligodendrocytes, during the differentiation process.
