Gene annotation categories are provided on the left side in the grey panel, with exons in blue, CpG island relationships in green rectangles, ENCODE DNase hypersensitive sites are shown in dark orange and open chromatin in light orange. Grey tick marks indicate the location of CpG sites measured on the Illumina EPIC array. Annotations were derived from the NCBI Reference Sequence (RefSeq) Database. The bottom panel shows the mean percent methylation detected at each CpG site for samples with detectable levels of acetaminophen metabolites (pink) and those with undetectable levels (blue). The dashed gold rectangle highlights the region where methylation showed either significant mean shift or different variation related to acetaminophen detection
