The squares indicated the hypomethylation in cases vs. controls, and the triangles indicated the hypermethylation in cases vs. controls. The p values were calculated by logistic regression adjusted for age, gender, smoking, alcohol consumption, hypertension, diabetes, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, and batch effect.
