Clinical analyses with the mutational status of the lung SWI/SNF complex (A) Tumor mutation burden (TMB), defined as the number of non-silent mutations per Mb as estimated by Hoadley et al. [21], in SWI/SNF wild type vs SWI/SNF mutant patients in TCGA-LUAD. The red dot and lines represent the mean and standard deviation of the log10(TMB) values, respectively. A two-tailed Student's t test was performed on the log10(TMB) values. (B) Univariate Cox Proportional-Hazards regression on mutation and clinical covariates from TCGA-LUAD.
