Overview of study design. A total of 86 cfDNA samples were collected at the time of diagnosis from patients with DLBCL before R-CHOP or R-CHOP-like treatment. Based on treatment outcome in the follow-up care, patients were divided into the responder group (PR & CR) and non-responder group (PD & SD). A logistic regression model was trained by the training cohort that was used to predict treatment response in the validation cohort
