Validation of differentially methylated genes using DNA sequencing. DNA was isolated from Newport Green flow-sorted human β cells (from N = 3 independent donors), EndoC-βH1 human fetal β cell-derived line (from N = 3 independent cultures), and 11 human control tissues (each from a single donor).
