The CHD4/NuRD complex inversely correlates with CD8 T cell infiltration in human hepatocellular carcinoma. The infiltration levels of immune cell types in each of the HCC samples (n = 371) were quantified using Single-Sample Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (ssGSEA) in R package gsva. The gene signatures expressed by immune cell populations were applied in ssGSEA for each of the HCC samples. The correlation between the expression of the six subunits and the infiltration levels of the immune cell types in HCC samples were then analyzed and the results are shown
