Many more probes were differentially methylated in Arm A (decitabine+ chemotherapy) compared with Arm B (chemotherapy alone) for the probes shown. Hypomethylation (green) in response to decitabine (Arm A) is evident in end of induction recovery marrows (week 3) compared with diagnostic marrows (screen).
