Linear regression between family income (2-level) and DNA methylation levels was assessed, adjusting for age, race, and tumor estrogen receptor (ER) status. Bonferroni corrections were used to adjust for multiple comparison. The adjusted p values were log-transformed, negated, and plotted based on chromosomal position.
