N = 37 melanoma cell lines (N = 4 primary melanomas, N = 17 lymph node metastases, N = 16 brain metastases) obtained by Marzese et al. [32]. PD-L2 methylation was determined at five different CpG sites, each gene targeted by HumanMethylation450 BeadChip beads (Fig. 1). Significant features are shown in boldface.
