Methylation status of PD-L1, Bcl-w, and LLT1 genes in GBM patients putatively exposed to diuron via their professional activity (green, n = 2) or not (gray, n = 21) qMSRE (as previously described) compare the relative methylation level of Bcl-w, LLT1, and PD-L1 genes. APOBEC3γ and AKT expressions were estimated by ELISA method. GBM patients potentially exposed to diuron via their professional activity (farmer, gardener …) are in green (n = 2), and GBM patients potentially unexposed to diuron via their professional activity are in gray (n = 21).
