Study design and basic data. a Two pairs of non-radiated and 0.5 Gy radiated Msh2+/+ and Msh2−/− mice were used to study epigenetic changes following Msh2 loss and radiation. Duplicates of jejunal samples were subjected to whole-genome ChIP-seq analysis of H3K4me3, H3K27me3, and H3K36me3.
