In vivo effect of 5azadC and miR-199-3p expression on WM-266-4 lung metastasis. a Experimental outline: WM-266-4 cells treated or not with 100 nM of 5azadC for 3 days or transfected with miR-199-3p mimetic at 0.5 or 1 nM for 48 h were injected in the tail vein (IV) of SCID mice.
