Levels of DNA methylation at different regulatory regions of the mitochondrial genome in late-stage 143B143B, 143BGBM, and 143BNSC tumors. DNA methylation levels (5mC/5hmC) within regions of the mitochondrial genome were determined on purified mtDNA samples using MeDIP-qPCR. Statistical significance was determined between the 143B143B, 143BGBM, and 143BNSC tumors by one-way ANOVA.
