CD4+ T cells sorted from PBMC, LN and TILs were analysed by pyrosequencing at CD4+ T cell signature loci: a IFNG for Th1, b IL13 for Th2, c FOXP3 for Treg and d IL17A for Th17. p values stated in graphs are generated from Kruskal-Wallis test. p values from Dunn’s multiple comparisons test are indicated as *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001 and ****p < 0.0001.
