All miRNAs appeared to be downregulated with respect to control samples. Fold change has been calculated as the log2 transformed ratio of the 2−ΔΔCt of OA samples over control samples (asterisks depict a significant difference between the 2−ΔΔCt of OA samples and 2−ΔΔCt of control samples in cartilage tissues at the p < 0.05 level). Hsa-miR-140-3p, hsa-miR-671-3p, and hsa-miR-150p were significantly downregulated in serum samples of OA patients compared to healthy individuals
