  1. All models are adjusted for confounders and technical covariates. Stepwise adjustments for estimated cell counts were made (where basic cells include CD8T, CD4T, NK, monocytes, B cells and granulocytes and detailed cells include eosinophils and neutrophils instead of granulocytes)
  2. FDR-adjusted P value and Bonferroni hits use a cut-off of < 0.05. Lambda based on P values of all probes without exclusions
