TGF-β1-induced EMT promotes histone post-translational modifications. A549 and H358 cells were treated with TGF-β1 (10 ng/ml) for the indicated time. a Histone marks were detected by immunoblotting from total cell lysates. H3 total (H3T) was used as a loading control. The apparent molecular weights (kDa) are indicated on the right of the panel.
