PPAR-γ mRNA level of all subjects and correlation with clinical parameters in ACHBLF patients. There was significant difference in PPAR-γ mRNA expression level between any two of the three groups (a). PPAR-γ mRNA expression level was negatively correlated with serum total bilirubin (TBIL) (b) and international normalized ratio (INR) (c). No significant correlations were found between PPAR-γ mRNA expression level and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) (d), serum creatinine (Cr) (e), or hepatitis B virus (HBV)-DNA load (f).
