  1. ANOVA test was applied to determine significant differences among the three types of sample. Genes with significant differences (P < 0.05) were further evaluated with Tukey’s range test for differences of normal colonic mucosae from healthy donors (N) versus adjacent tissue from CRC patients (A), and of adjacent mucosae (A) versus CRC tumors (T)
