The regulation of miR-1246 expression by AKT-P53 signaling pathway in B cells from SLE patients. AKT protein phosphorylation, P53 protein levels, and miR-1246 expression were detected in AKT inhibitor-treated SLE B cells compared with PBS-treated SLE B cells.
